Introducing Workload Organizer

Workload Organizer is an AI-assisted workload orchestration engine that goes beyond task tracking.

What does it do?

Understands your requests – Takes conversational information from a user (via chat, voice, or prompts) and determines what type of work is requested, providing a consistent response.
Email, Forms, and Teams Integration – Listens to signals from Outlook, SharePoint forms, or Teams alerts, automatically inferring projects just like a direct request.
Breaks down work – Expands projects into tasks and dependencies with clear sequencing.
Smart assignments – Matches tasks to qualified staff based on skills, certifications, current capacity, and duty limits.
Compliance and clarity – Proves compliance with audit-ready logs and reversible actions, ensuring every decision can be explained.
Speed under pressure – Updates plans in under a second (p95 latency ≤800ms), even as workloads or conditions change.

Speed and reliability

Organizations in regulated and high-pressure environments waste enormous time on hand-offs, rework, and compliance reporting. Current tools don’t sequence tasks under constraints or prove why decisions were made.
