Mark Holmes brings more than 25 years of experience designing and delivering mission-critical .NET systems. His contributions include directing key development and production efforts on NASA’s Mishap Information System — an agency-wide risk-management platform used across all NASA centers — as well as building compliance and reporting systems for the Cleveland Metropolitan School District and the ADAMHS Board of Ohio.

 

Mark’s expertise spans C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, SQL Server, Azure DevOps, and AI-driven automation. He combines deep technical skill with a commitment to reliability, explainability, and compliance — principles that guide every Legendary Concepts project.
